SHIPPING POLICY

At Ronald Rich, we strive to provide a delivery experience that matches the exceptional quality of our garments. Below are the conditions, timeframes, and costs associated with our shipping services.
1. Shipping Zones
We currently ship to the following areas:

Zone 1 (National & Iberia): Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, and Mainland Portugal. (We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or the Portuguese islands).

Zone 2 (Europe - EU): Principal countries within the European Union.

Zone 3 (International): Selected international destinations (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, among others).
If your country does not appear as an option during the Checkout process, we are unfortunately unable to ship to your location at this time.
2. Order Processing

All Ronald Rich products are individually crafted and prepared on demand to ensure maximum exclusivity and avoid overproduction. Therefore, all orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive an email notification including a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please note that during periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We will contact you via email if we anticipate a significant delay.
3. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at Checkout, depending on the destination and the total weight of the package.

Mainland Spain & Portugal: Premium Service (24/48h business hours from shipment).

Europe (EU): Standard Service (4 to 8 business days from shipment).

International (Non-EU): International Service (6 to 12 business days, subject to customs clearance).
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Ronald Rich is not responsible for delays caused by the logistics company.
4. Customs, Duties, and International Taxes
For orders destined outside the European Union (e.g., USA, Canada, UK, Australia):

Your order may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and taxes (including local VAT), which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country.

Ronald Rich is NOT responsible for these charges. All customs fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If the customer refuses the package due to customs fees, or if the package is returned because these fees were not paid, the original shipping costs and any associated return costs will be deducted from the final refund.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer must bear the costs of a new shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If you suspect your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@ronaldrich.com as soon as possible so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
